Last updated: October 2026. This page explains what personal information the LFA Pro Shop collects when you order, what we do with it, and your rights. The shop is run by Lifestyle Fitness Africa, KK 15 Rd, Kicukiro, Kigali, Rwanda.
Only what we need to prepare your order: your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, the items you order, how you plan to pay (MoMo or cash) and any note you type. We also keep a basic technical record (your IP address) to stop spam and repeated failed logins.
We do not take online payments, so we never see or store MoMo PINs, card numbers or bank details. You pay at pickup. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data.
To confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email, to get it ready for pickup, to issue an invoice or receipt, and to keep our stock and sales records. We only contact you about your order or a question you asked. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Your shopping cart is saved on your own device so it is still there when you come back. Nothing else is stored on your device, and no tracking cookies are used. A login cookie is used only by shop staff in the admin area.
Shop staff who prepare and hand over orders. Our website hosting company (Hostinger) stores the shop's data on its servers, and order notifications are delivered through email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Order records are kept for 24 months for accounting and stock control, then deleted or made anonymous. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless the law requires us to keep a record of the sale.
The shop runs over an encrypted (https) connection. Order data is stored in a protected folder that cannot be opened from the web, the admin area needs a password, and orders are limited to the items and prices set by the shop.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Under Rwanda's data protection law (Law No. 058/2021) you can also object to how it is used or complain to the National Cyber Security Authority.
